Terms and Conditions

Provider and scope

This website and its services are provided under the DOMINOR name by the Dominor limited liability company registered in Canada. These terms cover the website, accounts, demos and purchased services. The applicable offer and order confirmation describe each service’s features, limits and commitments.

Demos and purchasing

Customers may evaluate a service during its stated demo period. The offer identifies the duration and limits. Expiry of a demo does not itself authorise a charge; a paid purchase or renewal requires the customer’s action or express consent.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account and billing information accurate and current. Protect passwords and two-factor codes and report suspected misuse. Infringement, spam, unauthorised access, malware and disruption are prohibited. Organisation administrators determine their users’ permissions.

Orders, prices and payment

Review the service description, paid period, price, currency and disclosed charges before paying. A confirmed purchase is a firm order, subject to the 24-hour refund request window and mandatory legal rights. Payments are recorded after server-side provider verification; a browser message alone is not a payment receipt.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Automatic renewal requires express consent and clear disclosure of the amount, billing interval, charge timing and cancellation method. Customers may cancel a service or its renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the last valid paid period. Cancelling renewal is not itself a refund request; the Refund Policy explains the separate process and deadline.

Delivery and changes

Features, prerequisites and service start depend on the purchased offer. Material changes to future prices or terms must be notified before taking effect, with consent obtained where required by law. Updating these pages does not remove existing order rights or mandatory consumer protections.

Content and intellectual property

Customer content remains with its lawful owner. Customers must have the right to supply their content; Dominor processes it as needed to deliver, secure and support the service. Use of software, Dominor assets and third-party components remains subject to the relevant licences.

Security and access restrictions

Access may be restricted as necessary and proportionate for abuse, security threats, legal obligations or invalid payment. Where possible, the reason and resolution process will be communicated. Cancellation does not immediately erase all records; retention and data requests follow the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and legal rights

A particular commercial outcome or uninterrupted availability beyond an express service commitment is not guaranteed. Liability and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights concerning defective services or misleading representations, remain intact. Express delivery and service-level commitments remain effective.

Contact, disputes and applicable law

Send order questions or complaints through the contact form with your order reference. Applicable Canadian law and mandatory protections in the customer’s place of residence remain relevant as appropriate. These terms do not restrict recourse to a regulator, competent court or payment provider, or impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive forum.

Privacy Policy

Responsibility and scope

The Dominor limited liability company registered in Canada is responsible for account, enquiry, order and billing information handled for its own operations. Roles and processing instructions for organisational content depend on the service agreement. Organisation users may first contact their administrator.

Information categories

Depending on your use, processing may include names and contact details, company name, enquiries, account and permission details, billing address, orders and receipts, and service content. Technical data such as IP address, approximate country, browser, request time and security events may also be processed to operate and protect services.

Purposes and processing grounds

Information supports enquiries, contract formation and performance, accounts, payments, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on valid consent, contract performance, legal duties or legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Incompatible new purposes require an appropriate lawful basis.

Contact form

Submitting the contact form records and sends its contents to Dominor’s support mailbox for handling your request. An acknowledgement does not guarantee final email delivery. Provide only necessary information and do not include passwords, two-factor codes, full card details or unrelated sensitive documents.

Cookies and preferences

Session and authentication cookies support account access. Initial language may use approximate IP country; an explicit language choice is saved in a one-year cookie and appearance preferences in the browser. Clearing browser storage may reset sessions or preferences. Non-essential tools requiring consent must not be enabled without valid consent.

Access and service providers

Internal access should be limited to people and roles that need it for their work. Hosting, security, email and the selected payment provider may process information needed for those services. Enter sensitive payment details only on the official payment page, not through contact forms or support messages.

Cross-border processing

Infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country, including Canada or a provider’s operating location. Dominor remains responsible for applicable requirements and contractual protections or other valid transfer mechanisms. Use the contact form to ask about locations and safeguards for your service.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on processing purposes, account or contract status, support needs, accounting and legal obligations, and ongoing disputes. Unnecessary information should be deleted or anonymised; required records may be retained. Cancellation or expiry does not immediately erase all messages, receipts or backups.

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, information about uses and recipients, and where available erasure, restriction, portability or objection. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing or mandatory retention and may affect dependent services. Submit requests through the contact form marked “Privacy”; proportionate identity checks may be needed.

Requests, security and changes

Requests are handled within applicable legal periods, with reasons and review routes explained for lawful refusals or extensions. Security should match the sensitivity of information; absolute security is not guaranteed and reportable incidents are handled under applicable law. You may complain to the competent privacy regulator, including Canada’s authority where relevant. Material policy changes should be appropriately notified before new uses of information.
