Refund and Cancellation Policy
Scope and provider
This policy applies to services purchased from the Dominor limited liability company registered in Canada. Your confirmation or receipt identifies the amount, currency, service period and payment time. Mandatory rights concerning defective services, unauthorised charges and other statutory remedies remain intact.
Demo before purchase
Customers may evaluate the service during its stated demo period before deciding to buy. Demo duration and limits are specified in the offer. Using a demo is not a purchase and must not result in a charge without express consent.
Firm orders and the 24-hour window
A confirmed purchase is a firm order. Customers may nevertheless submit a refund request within 24 hours after that purchase is confirmed. Submission time, rather than the support response time, determines whether the request is within the window. After this period, this policy offers no discretionary refund unless applicable law or a valid written commitment provides a greater right.
Requesting a refund
Use the contact form and provide the account name and contact details, order or receipt reference, payment date and the heading “Refund request”. A reason helps us handle your request but should not delay timely submission. Do not send passwords, two-factor codes or full card details. Keep a record of your submission.
Cancellation and access until expiry
Customers may cancel the service or its renewal at any time. Cancellation without a refund preserves access until the end of the period covered by the last valid payment, and no further renewal should occur. Cancellation and refunds are distinct; a refund must be requested separately within the applicable window.
Processing refunds
After matching the account and receipt and confirming eligibility, the relevant purchase amount is refunded through an authorised provider process and, where possible, the original payment method. Receipt timing depends on the bank, network or provider, and processing status is communicated; mandatory legal deadlines take priority. A full refund ends the access entitlement linked to that payment.
Currency and invalid or duplicate charges
Review is based on the recorded purchase amount and currency; bank or network conversion may affect the amount received in another currency. No new deduction should be added unless validly disclosed before purchase. Duplicate charges, unauthorised debits and debits without a recorded purchase are reviewed separately and are not rejected solely because 24 hours have passed.
Mandatory rights and disputes
Where applicable law, including mandatory protections in the customer’s place of residence, provides withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, a longer period or a mandatory refund, those rights prevail. The 24-hour window does not waive them. Please first use the contact form to seek resolution; recourse to a payment provider, consumer authority or competent court remains available.
